- Check scalp carefully. If cuts, abrasions, or irritations are present, DO NOT proceed with any chemical process.
- This product is to be used as a barrier between the scalp and the chemical being applied to the hair.
- Apply carefully to places on the scalp where chemicals will be applied to the hair.
- After the chemical process is complete, shampoo hair thoroughly with a neutralizing shampoo and follow up with a conditioner.
